Our Story

Kyle Milligan is the owner of Pro Spec Home Improvement. Born and raised on Long Island, Kyle was introduced to residential construction at an early age through a Church Youth Group-sponsored Habitat for Humanity project, wherein he traveled all over the country helping to build homes for low income families. In addition to learning the fundamentals of construction – such as framing, insulation, drywalling, etc. – this experience taught him the value of hard work, teamwork and charity; principles he carries with him to this day in his work with Pro Spec Home.

Kyle honorably served his country in the United States Army for eight years, which saw him stationed all over the world serving as a Communications Security Custodian. After his tour of duty was fulfilled he returned home and spent over a decade working union construction in New York City; working on Penn Station, the Freedom Tower and other major construction projects.
